A trip to Jou-Fen(九份) and Shi-Fen(十分)

4/5 is the first day of the four continuous holidays. I have just finished the Chemical Analysis exam which I spent a lot of time to prepare it, and I got really tired before Wednesday. It makes me so happy, excited and relaxed that I can have a four-holiday off. It is hard to get my family member together although there are only 3 members in my family, because every one is so busy in every week.

At 4/5, my family and I took a trip to Shi-Fen(十分) and Jou-Fen(九份). After about 1.5 hour we set off, we got Shi-Fen, at which the biggest water fall is located. We saw the famous, enormous and amazed Shi-Fen big water fall(十分大瀑布) which I have just heard but never seen. I were shocked by the tremendous water fall and the mist caused by the fall of water. The scenery of the enormous water fall and its surroundings was so beautiful that I think I can’t forget it in my whole life. I have also seen the Ping-si(平溪) branch line of the Taiwan rail road, which used to transport mineral exploited in this area. Although the mine industry there was never exist, I can still imagine the prosperous mine industry.
Two hours later, we got an early-developed small town, Jou-Fen. It located on a small hill and near the sea. We visit an old street which is very famous in Taiwan, it contains lots of things, most of the famous specialties in Taiwan can you taste here, and so many delicate ornaments can you find here. The old street is so long that took us almost 1.5 hour to finish it. It was also an impressing tour space.
It is worthy to visit Jou-Fen and Shi-Fen because the trip really relaxed my body and mood. I hope that every year will have some holiday-off during a semester so that I can do better in my studies.
